You deserve to receive exactly what you ordered: a handpan in excellent condition, correctly configured, and properly tuned. We stand behind every instrument we ship.
If your handpan arrives damaged, incorrectly configured, or out of tune, contact KitaPantam. We will work with you to put the problem right. If we cannot resolve the issue and deliver the handpan you ordered in the promised condition, we will issue a full refund.
Our promise is simple: we take responsibility for delivering the instrument we promised. Please contact us before arranging a return so we can confirm the next steps.
Two-Year Tuning Guarantee
Tuning and Covered Shipping Included
Every KitaPantam handpan comes with a two-year tuning guarantee, starting from the date of delivery.
If your handpan arrives out of tune or develops a tuning issue during the two-year guarantee period, KitaPantam will cover the cost of restoring its tuning, provided the issue is not caused by any of the following:
- Physical damage to the instrument.
- Sudden or extreme temperature changes that affect the instrument or its tuning.
- Rust resulting from inadequate maintenance or failure to care for the instrument properly.
For tuning issues covered by this guarantee, KitaPantam covers all costs associated with restoring the tuning, including shipping to and from our workshop. You will not pay for the covered tuning service or the transport required for that repair.
