2-Year Tuning Guarantee
Every handpan comes with a 2-year tuning guarantee. If the instrument becomes detuned within two years due to normal use, and there is no physical damage, no sudden or extreme temperature change, and the instrument has been properly maintained and kept free from rust, we will cover the cost of restoring the tuning.
Tuning Frequency
All our handpans are tuned to 440 Hz by default. If you prefer 432 Hz or any other tuning frequency, please mention your preferred frequency in the order notes and we will be happy to make your instrument accordingly.
